2016, HER Magazine, highlighted two Madison’s dishes in their March “Flavorful Food Showcase” article. “Madison’s Candied Pecan and Sun Dried Cranberry Salad blends the sweet and savory by adding gorgonzola and parmigiana cheeses to pecans and sun dried cranberries in a bed of mixed greens, tossed in Madison’s own scratch-made balsamic vinaigrette.”
